Each type of internship is associated with various

It takes between 2 - 7 months to find an internship and
complete the selection processes. Also, the application fee varies by country.
Internship duration - 6 weeks to 18 months
Internship salary – Amount covers living costs.
Incoming Exchange:
The AIESEC Global Internship Program enables organizations
to source high potential students and recent graduates from around 1700
universities in over 107 countries. With over 4,200 partners each year,
sourcing AIESEC interns is a proven solution for both short-term and long-term
human resource needs.
· Internal
Screening: Each AIESEC office pre-screens candidates through a review board
consisting of interviews, tests, and participation of externals.
· Profile
Identification: You determine the desired candidate, profile and job
description for your intern.
· Intern
selection: Within 2 to 12 weeks, AIESEC provides a short-list of suitable
candidates and aids the selection process by arranging a telephone or on-line
interviews.
· Visa
services: AIESEC arranges the visa for the intern.
· Pre-Arrival
Services: AIESEC supports the intern with cultural preparation and goal-setting
exercises.
· Post-Arrival
Services: AIESEC arranges logistical services, such as accommodation, pickup,
and relocation of the intern.
· Integration
Services: AIESEC provides on-going activities for the intern and connects
him/her to the local AIESEC members and exchange participants.
· Evaluation:
AIESEC facilitates an evaluation process for both the organization and the
intern throughout the internship to ensure objectives and expectations from all
sides are met.
